Last minute wishlist.....

Peyton has been talking about Santa Clause for a couple of months now. He had a very specific list that he wanted to give to Santa Clause. I was there at Bowman's when he talked to Santa Clause and he didn't forget one little detail. He has been telling us that he HAS to have a guitar with "strings" from Santa Clause. He has been saying this for months.
My brother-in-law Mark's birthday is the 23rd of December and we were out celebrating his day of birth at the Spaghetti Factory at Trolley Square. There was a HUGE wait so of course, like everyone else, we walked down to the Brookstone store. This was a game changer on the Santa Wish List....

He found this guitar....

The "Paper Jamz".....

Our little rocker. He was putting on a great show for the customers in Brookstone. He was singing LIT and Journey. When it was time to go he threw a FIT! All the way through Trolley Square and all the way through dinner....and all the way home. He wanted this guitar SO BAD! He wanted to call Santa Clause right then and there and tell him he wanted that guitar. It was the night before Christmas Eve people! Of course he wanted something different! You can't change things on Santa Clause last minute...that makes him a little stressed if you know what I mean!
He even explained to us that the skinny guitar {the Paper Jamz} would fit in the suitcase better than a chubby guitar {guitar with strings}. Yikes...he has a point! So my brother Blake came to the rescue and gave him the Paper Jamz guitar for Christmas. Now he has two guitars the one with strings {from Santa} and the Paper Jamz {from Uncle Blake}.
It was a close one...but we made it through!
He has put on some pretty good shows for us the last few days! He loves having an audience! He is a hilarious little rocker!

It reminded me of a high school dance picture. The scenery looked just like the scenery's me and my friends put up and took down so many times when we worked for Colonial House Portraits! Good times!
